In the case of complimentary treatment, failure to attend or give 24 hours notice of cancellation treatment will be forfeited
Gift cards, vouchers, additional treatments, offers, complimentary treatments etc. not redeemable for cash
Abusive, aggressive or any behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for all appointments to complete any necessary paperwork etc. and ensure a smooth transition into your appointment
We reserve the right to not treat clients who do not arrive on time
Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in forfeiting your appointment
