After a thorough consultation to ensure a Carbon Laser Facial is the best treatment for your needs or concerns, the skin is then prepped by using a gentle cleanser to remove makeup and debris. A black carbon cream is then applied and heated using a specific laser setting, the next step is to remove the cream with a different laser setting. This laser setting creates a reaction with the cream and skin and it appears to evaporate. This technique is done twice to ensure all of the cream is removed. The process helps to minimise discolouration from acne scarring, reduce pore size, improve tone and texture and encourages collagen formation. Carbon facials are also suitable for people with active acne. After the cream is removed we then wipe the skin picking up dead skin cells that remain leaving a fresh complexion. To top your treatment off, beautiful finishing products are applied before leaving.
No, there is absolutely no pain with laser facial treatments, it is a bit noisy though!
