Fat Freezing Brisbane (Cryosculpting)

Target Stubborn Fat Pockets with Non-Surgical Fat Freezing at Injex Clinics

(Capalaba Clinic ONLY)

Fat freezing, also known as cryosculpting, is a non-invasive body contouring treatment designed to target stubborn fat pockets that can be resistant to diet and exercise. Using controlled cooling technology, fat freezing helps refine and sculpt specific areas of the body while leaving surrounding skin and tissue unaffected. All treatments at Injex Clinics are consultation-led and tailored to individual goals.

What is Fat Freezing / Cryosculpting?

Fat freezing works by applying controlled cooling to targeted areas, causing fat cells to be disrupted without damaging the skin. Over time, the body naturally processes and eliminates these treated fat cells through normal metabolic pathways, with results developing gradually. Suitability and expected outcomes are discussed during a comprehensive consultation at our Capalaba clinic.

Fat Freezing Results

Fat freezing results vary between individuals, however many clients notice changes within 4–6 weeks, with full results continuing to develop over up to 4 months. The treatment works by targeting and reducing fat cells in the treated area, which are then gradually eliminated by the body.

Fat freezing is designed for individuals who maintain a healthy lifestyle but are struggling with stubborn pockets of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise. It is not a weight-loss solution.

The treatment is best suited to people close to their target weight who are looking for targeted fat reduction. A consultation at Injex Clinics allows your practitioner to assess whether fat freezing is appropriate for your body goals and treatment area.

Results from fat freezing can be supported by maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and continuing regular physical activity can help your body process and eliminate treated fat cells over time.

Your practitioner may also recommend multiple sessions for optimal results, depending on the treatment area and individual response.

The number of treatments required varies between individuals and treatment areas. Some clients notice changes after a single session, while others may benefit from multiple treatments to achieve their desired outcome.

In many cases, a minimum of two sessions per area is recommended, with treatments spaced appropriately. This will be discussed during your consultation based on your goals and assessment.

Each fat freezing session typically takes around 45 minutes per treatment area. Your overall appointment may be longer to allow time for consultation, measurements, treatment setup, and post-treatment care instructions.

If multiple areas are being treated, session length may increase accordingly.
