• Avoid sun exposure in the area, we are unable to treat if skin is sunburned
• We can not treat if there is an open would, skin irritation or infection present in the area
• This treatment is not suitable to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, sensitive to cold, has cancer, an autoimmune or lymphatic disorder, diabetes or active implanted devices (eg. Pacemaker)
• You may wish to bring something to keep you entertained during treatment, eg: phone, tablet or book.  We can provide a tablet with Netflix upon request
• It’s recommended you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing to your treatment
• Please be aware that this treatment is likely to remove fake tan
• Avoiding alcohol and blood thinning products if possible may help reduce your risk of bruising & swelling
• Aggressive/abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cancellation fee will occur for any cancellations under 24 hours
• Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in forfeiting your appointment
