- Please arrive 10minutes early to your appointment to fill out our consultation form.
- Please avoid wearing makeup where possible, especially for your first treatment so we are able to perform a thorough skin analysis.
- Avoid sun exposure, non-prescription blood thinners and alcohol prior to your appointment
- Please note, if pregnant or breastfeeding, numbing can not be applied
- Please cease use of any retinol products 2 weeks before treatment, these may be restarted 2 weeks post treatment
- Aggressive/abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Cancellation fee will occur for any cancellations under 24 hours
