• You may wash the area as normal and apply serums/moisturisers 8 hours after treatment
• Do not apply make up on the area for 24 hours
• If you are experiencing pain to the area you may apply ice.
• The area will swell dramatically for the first 48 hours and then slowly subside. Results won’t be
  visible for 6-8 weeks post treatment.
• We recommend no exercise for the next 24 hours
