• Ensure you are not wearing any mascara (especially waterproof mascara) before your treatment.
• Your lashes should be clean and dry before you attend your appointment
• If you have lash extensions, do not try and remove these yourself before treatment
• Please do not wear contact lenses to your appointment
• We will be unable to treat if you have any sort of eye or skin infection in the area
• Aggressive/abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cancellation fee will occur for any cancellations under 24 hours
• Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in forfeiting your appointment
