We schedule a consult initially to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the Elaine Brennan Peel and make sure you understand everything involved with the peel. The peeling process is across 2 days and you will be in treatment both days for 2.5 hours. After this you will then have a post peel treatment 7 days later which is a 1 hour appointment.
You cannot exercise for 24 hours post anti-wrinkle treatment, as it will affect the result and compromise the longevity of treatment.
It is recommended you do not exercise or consume alcohol for 24 hours post treatment, exercise or sweat excessively. You also can not get the skin wet for 7 days.
Everyone’s pain threshold and tolerance are different. But the Elaine Brennan Peel starts off slow and builds up to a hot, prickly sensation. We provide fans to reduce this sensation as much as possible and most clients only need the fan for a maximum of 30 minutes before the peel becomes comfortable again.
