• No direct sun exposure at least 2 weeks before treatment
• Shave/trim the area being treated night before if hair covers the tattoo
• Provide your laser tech with accurate up-to-date information regarding medical conditions and/or medications
• Provide your laser tech with accurate information regarding your tattoo eg. Type of ink/pigment used, how old the tattoo is and colour of pigment.
• Aggressive/abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cancellation fee will occur for any cancellations under 24 hours
• Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in forfeiting your appointment
